Businesses of all sizes, from ten employees to thousands, use the Bottom-Up Solution™ to bring their improvement ideas to life.
We are in 2013. The Bottom-Up Solution™ was born from the research work of Julie Charron-Latour’s doctorate at Polytechnique Montréal. The first IT developments make it possible to validate the key factors necessary for a continuous improvement process supported by the staff.
In 2016, Yves Laurent Turcotte, who has more than 25 years of experience in Lean Management, joined forces with Bambou Space, being convinced that the company brings a breath of fresh air to continuous improvement approaches and problem-solving. At the same time, Pascal Veilleux is also joining the process as a senior technological advisor.
In 2017, Catherine Carignan-Turcotte joined Julie. She is convinced that the mobilization of employees in continuous improvement initiatives is positively linked to the performance of the company.
Since then, Bambou Space has surrounded itself with several specialists in product development, design, engineering and marketing. Together, they want to breathe new life into continuous improvement and problem-solving approaches.
Create and animate a space to promote continuous improvement. Businesses of all sizes, from ten employees to thousands, use the Bottom-Up Solution™ to bring their improvement ideas to life.
With remote working, work teams want an easy way to see what’s going on, what’s blocking, and the opportunities they’re interested in.
Mobilization requires action. We believe in a leadership that is accountable (less control), transparent (trust) and more agile.
The trend is to make life easier for people. We help you focus your efforts on the most urgent business needs and reduce the number of exchanges to implement winning solutions.
